It is slot-wise delivery, so in the next slot within 3 hours delivery will be made.

That is purely manufacturer discretion; if they have given product for trial then we will provide the same.
Is it possible to receive the serial number by email before my package arrives?+
Not the serial number, but the invoice number and the invoice amount will be sent to you through SMS on registered mobile number.
What exactly happens after ordering? +
It goes for approval; our executive will call you and confirm the order then give it for processing.
Why have I not received an order confirmation?+
Order confirmation will come through the mail, so if you are not getting it please check the registered email id once.

Definitely yes, you will get the hardcopy of the invoice along with your delivery.

Whenever a delivery boy leaves for your delivery, you will be intimated through SMS, so if you are not at your home, you can call back and request to hold the delivery.

It can be possible only before the approval.

You have to talk to our executive before placing the order.
Can I place an order online and pick up my order from your store?+
